We know computer repair can cost more then a new computer so we have flat rate services. Virus Removal, System Restore, and Data Recovery, to name a few, are time intensive and can take many hours to complete.

Most of our flat rate services can be completed offsite, meaning we either pick it up and drop it off or we simply remote control your computer with our remote assistance software. We’ll provide a turnaround time at the time of pick up which is usually 24-72 hours (1-3 days).

Our onsite hourly services are billed with a one hour minimum and then in 30 minute increments.

System Restore – This service involves completely wiping the hard drive and reinstalling Windows from scratch. It includes installing all available drivers and reinstalling any software provided by customer. If customer is non-commercial and doesn’t have anti-virus software, a free anti-virus program will be provided.

Laptop Screen Replacement – When a laptop screen is cracked, shattered or not working it must be replaced. Replacing a laptop screen can be expensive but here at Lambros Computers we make it affordable.

PC Tune-Up – Just like your car needs a tune up so does your PC. After months and years of use PC’s often become clogged up with old junk which uses up your valuable memory, space and processor time. We will clean out all the old junk and optimize your PC for SPEED. If your time is limited we can also perform this service remotely using our remote control software.

Data Recovery – In this process we salvage data from damaged, failed, corrupted, or inaccessible secondary storage media when it cannot be accessed normally. Data Recovery is a time intensive process so we charge a flat rate to save you money.

Secure Wireless Installation (with one wireless device) – Blanket your home or office in a secure wireless environment. Does not include wireless hardware. Wireless Routers/Access points and adapters for computers will be extra.
