How Do I Get Started?

Call or email to book your appointment. We’ll give you a specific day & time to expect a technician.  Usually, we schedule appointments at a specific time like 10am or 4pm but occasionally we need to give a 2 hour window. Our technician will arrive at the appointed time with a clean and professional appearance. On arrival he will assess your computer situation. Please be sure to alert him of ALL issues even if they seem unrelated and silly. Sometimes simple things like changing a landline phone can result in internet issues by forgetting to replace a DSL filter. Our technicians are excellent problem solvers and will diagnose the issues. After finding the problem the technician will execute a fix or if it will take time offer to take the computer and return it when fixed.

Sometimes completing a computer repair off-site is best. Hard Drive surface scans and hardware diagnostics take several hours to complete. We don’t believe in billing our customers for time spent waiting so we perform the job offsite and return it when complete, usually within 24-72 hours.
