When her laptop is connected with an ethernet cable and connected to wifi she can’t print to the network printer.
A customer of mine had an odd problem. When her laptop was connected with an ethernet cable and connected to wifi she couldn’t print to the network printer. If she disabled wifi on her laptop AND restarted then she could print while on the LAN connection ONLY. If she re-enabled wifi, printing was lost.
After Googling a bazillion times I finally got the correct terms: “route print interface priority” and “Can’t Print to LAN Printer while on Wifi”
After following the these steps, she can now print to her network printer while connected to the LAN and Wifi, simultaneously.
